General manager

Adam is a graduate in civil engineering majoring in structural engineering with a minor in architecture. He worked as a consulting engineer, then co-founded the Descon Group of companies in 1979. These are companies that developed many subdivisions and quality custom homes, gated communities, and remodeling in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Adam is a strong believer in Quality work that gets delivered On Time and On Budget at every price level. Adam is a strong believer in continuing education to continuously improve the product and service. He was always an active member in the community and in the industry serving on many boards. Currently he is a board member of the greater Houston Builders Association and Texas Association of Builders. He is a Texas board certified professional engineer, graduate master builder and a certified graduate remodeler.

David has over 11 years of residential hands on experience. His attention to detail and organizational skills make him an invaluable addition to the team. David’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction from beginning to end. David, as a key person of the Incredible-Descon team, is a complete believer in completing every project ON TIME and ON BUDGET. He has great communication skills and really utilizes them with the clients through the various stages. From the pre-walkthough to the final walkthrough and all the details and progress updates in between. His project management skills, personality and knowledge have earned him and the team a lot of raving fans!

Office Manager

Joana brings a high level of integrity and professionalism to Incredible Homes and the Descon Group. She has over 8 years experience in office administration and accounting. Joana manages all accounting functions including; purchasing, invoicing, A/P, A/R, and payroll. She also handles all the day to day office needs and helps with the marketing of the company.

Karen A. Solórzano graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design (Interior Architecture) from the Art Institute of Houston (FIDER accredited). She gained experience in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality design during her time at the Art Institute. She worked at a Healthcare design firm through an internship, where she learned about the effect that finishes can have on people. Since joining Incredible Renovations and the Descon Group, Karen has been in charge of architectural design on a variety of projects. Karen also assists clients on creative solutions to difficult design problems, as well as finishes and color selections.

Ms. Diaz plays a critical role as our Customer Relations Manager. She joined Incredible Renovations and the Descon Group with over 15 years experience in office administration. Her responsibilities include client coordination, marketing, general administration duties as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
