Adam A. Bakir, P.E., GMB, CGR, CGP General Manager Adam is a graduate in civil engineering majoring in structural engineering with a minor in architecture. He worked as a consulting engineer, and then co-founded the Descon Group of companies in 1979. These are companies that developed many subdivisions and quality custom homes, gated communities, and remodeling in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Adam is a strong believer in Quality work that gets delivered On Time and On Budget at every price level. Adam is a strong believer in continuing education to continuously improve the product and service. He was always an active member in the community and in the industry serving on many boards. Currently he is a board member of the Texas Association of Builders. He is a Texas board certified Professional Engineer, Graduate Master Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler and Certified Green building Professional. |

Chris Krout Project Manager Chris has years of remodeling and home building experience including many years as a Lead Builder at David Weekly Homes. His attention to detail and organizational skills make him a valuable member of the Incredible team. Chris' construction background includes assisting homeowners in making floor plan adjustments that meet their needs before construction begins. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction from beginning to end. As a project manager he meets with his client’s to review their interests during the pre-walk-through, remains in contact with them throughout the process and is there for the final walk-through and beyond. Chris is a key person of the Incredible team, a complete believer in completing every project professionally ON TIME and ON BUDGET without sacrificing quality. |

Michael
Humphries Project Manager Mike has several years of remodeling and home building experience including five (5) years as a Lead Builder at Perry Homes. Mike’s ability to effectively plan, schedule, and deliver is right in line with Incredible Renovations’ guarantee to complete every project on time and on budget at the highest professional standards. Mike graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology and his responsibilities includes assisting homeowners in making sure the construction project meets their needs before and during the construction phases. As a project manager he meets with his client’s to review their interests during the pre-walk-through, remains in contact with them throughout the process and is there for the final walk-through and beyond. |

Kaluza Office Manager Joana has over 12 years experience in office administration and accounting. Joana manages all accounting functions including; purchasing, invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll. She also handles all the day to day office needs and helps with the marketing of the company. |

Carolina
Pombrol Architectural Designer Carolina is the key member of the creative design team at Incredible Renovations. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Architecture and has gained great experience in residential design, ranging from single family homes to multi-family developments. She has also worked as an interior designer specializing in the use of modern European styles and furnishings. As the architectural designer at Incredible Renovations, Carolina is in charge of architectural design and helping clients with creative solutions to fit their lifestyles. She also plays a key role advising customers on the selection of styles, colors and finishes. |

Raghda
Bakir Interior Decorator/Certified Home Stager Raghda is a talented home decorator and a Certified Home Stager with over 25 years of experience in Canada, Mexico and the US. Raghda has decorated and set up tons of award winning model homes and assisted hundreds of clients in their color and material selections, as well as shopping for furniture and accessories for the Descon Homes/ Incredible Renovations’ clients. Raghda realizes the importance of incorporating interior design in planning the remodel and new spaces, while accommodating furniture and lifestyle. |

Essner Purchasing Manager As the Purchasing Manager at Incredible Renovations, Jessica is responsible for coordinating and ordering all material and supplies for our renovation projects. As clients make material and finishing selections Jessica’s research ensures that they are presented with the highest quality product at the best value and cost. Jessica continuing research is necessary, especially with the new trends in energy efficiency and green building. Jessica ensures that all material, suppliers, and craftsmen are held up to the highest standards in the residential construction industry. |
