Adam is a graduate in civil engineering majoring in structural engineering with a minor in architecture. He worked as a consulting engineer, then co-founded the Descon Group of companies in 1979. These are companies that developed many subdivisions and quality custom homes, gated communities, and remodeling in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Adam is a strong believer in Quality work that gets delivered On Time and On Budget at every price level. Adam is a strong believer in continuing education to continuously improve the product and service. He was always an active member in the community and in the industry serving on many boards. Currently he is a board member of the Texas Association of Builders. He is a Texas board certified professional engineer, graduate master builder and a certified graduate remodeler.
Joana Kaluza
Office Manager
Joana brings a high level of integrity and professionalism to Incredible Homes and the Descon Group. She has over 10 years experience in office administration and accounting. Joana manages all accounting functions including; purchasing, invoicing, A/P, A/R, and payroll. She also handles all the day to day office needs and helps with the marketing of the company.
Chris Krout
Project Manager
Chris has years of remodeling and home building experience including many years as a Lead Builder at David Weekly Homes. His attention to detail and organizational skills make him a valuable member of the Incredible team. Chris' construction background includes assisting homeowners in making floor plan adjustments that meet their needs before construction begins. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction from beginning to end. As a project manager he meets with his client’s to review their interests during the pre-walk-through, remains in contact with them throughout the process and is there for the final walk-through and beyond. Chris is a key person of the Incredible team, a complete believer in completing every project professionally ON TIME and ON BUDGET without sacrificing quality.
Carolina Pombrol
Architectural Designer
Carolina graduated with a bachelor degree in Architecture and has gained great experience in residential design, ranging from single family homes to multi-family developments. She has also worked as an interior designer specializing in the use of modern European styles and furnishings. Since joining Incredible Renovations and the Descon Group, Carolina has been in charge of architectural design and helping clients with creative solutions to fit their lifestyles. She also plays a key role advising customers on the selection of styles, colors and finishes.
Raghda Bakir
Interior Decorator/Certified Home Stager
Raghda is a talented home decorator and a Certified Home Stager with over 25 years of experience in Canada, Mexico and the US. Raghda decorated and set up tens of award winning model homes and assisted hundreds of clients in their color and material selections as well as shopping for furniture and accessories for the Descon Homes/ Incredible Renovations’ clients.
Jessica Essner,
Purchasing Manager
As the Purchasing Manager at Incredible Renovations, Jessica is responsible for coordinating and ordering all material and supplies for our renovation projects. Jessica’s research ensures that clients are presented with the highest quality product at the best value and cost. Prior to joining Incredible Renovations Jessica pursued an education in Visual Communications.
Paulina Reid
Customer Relations & Marketing Manager
Paulina’s focus is on client and public relations, ensuring that all of Incredible Renovations clients receive the highest level of service and attention. Her responsibilities include client coordination, marketing, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Paulina graduated with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Electronic Media & Business Administration. She has experience in social media marketing, promotions, event planning, and public relations.
