I contracted Mr. Bakir after several failed attempts to contract with
other companies for my kitchen renovation. Adam and the Project manager
cam out within days for an on-site consultation and he was the first person
I had talked to that agreed that my ideas could be implemented. He and
his staff also presented additional ideas worked in well with the overall
goal of the project. During the renovation, IR was always responsive to
my questions and concerns and any issues were addressed immediately. The
disruption to the rest of my small house was minimal and the project went
smoothly. I ended up with a great kitchen and have received nothing but
compliments. I have no qualms about recommending IR to others and have
done so several times.

I want to say that I was somewhat skeptical of Incredible Renovations when
I first embarked on getting bids as IR claims to be on time and on budget
with a guarantee. I don’t think many contractors would do that. If they tried,
they would probably be overpriced or try and find some loophole when the
job got started. What I found was that IR was in the same ball park as the
other quotes and you (they) actually kept it’s guarantee!
Another thing I found to be great about IR is Adam’s way to work through
problems. As would be expected with a new home or especially with a remodel,
there will be conflicts. Through all the conflicts he never got huffy, defensive
or bent out of shape angry as would be the temptation. Instead we worked
through them together.
We both agree that Chris was an invaluable member of the team. We appreciated
his respectfulness with the needs of our children, his trustworthiness and
his diligence in answering all of our concerns. He was always very responsive
and organized. Adam, you’ve compiled a great team! I would heartily recommend
Incredible Renovations to anyone. So in answer to your question, I am a happy
